This time is for your health and goals. Please give thought to both long range and more immediate goals and objectives with treatment. There are no ‘wrong’ goals or inappropriate objectives. The more specific you can be, the more successful we will be in our work together.
Please wear comfortable clothing that can be easily adjusted for your treatment.
If you are scheduled for massage therapy, please be sure to give advanced notice of any allergies to particular lotions, oils, or scents.
Please bring with you a listing specifically of all supplements, medications, lotions or oils that you use. Brand information is also helpful.
If you are scheduled for an Acupuncture appointment, please pay attention to your food and drink intake for 24 hours prior to the appointment, and how that food and drink has left your body (check the toilet bowl) during the same time period. It is very helpful diagnostically to know the frequency and timing of urination and bowel movements, as well as their shape, consistency, odor, and color. Basically, revert to your glee at age 2 and 3 regarding bathroom behavior and expect enthusiastic interest on our part as well. This is our closest version to a CT scan we have.
Upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive an email with information about our location.
When you arrive, you will see a gate with a screen door beside it.
Please enter the screened porch, which is our waiting area when weather permits.
The treatment room is ready. We look forward to seeing you soon.
